1. Pilot Program Purpose & "As-Is" Disclaimer

The Mltoons Pilot Spanish Program ("the Program") is a pre-release version of our digital curriculum.

                THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. By participating, you acknowledge that the software and curriculum are in a testing phase and may contain technical errors, bugs, or unfinished content.
            

Mltoons makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or educational outcomes of the Program.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All content included in the Program—including but not limited to videos, characters, animations, lesson plans, proprietary teaching methodologies, software code, and the "Mltoons" trademark—is the sole and exclusive property of Mltoons.

Strict Prohibition on Copying

                You and the participating child are strictly prohibited from recording, screenshotting, downloading, or redistributing any part of the curriculum.
            

No Reverse Engineering

You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying logic of the software.

Reservation of Rights

Participation in this pilot does not grant you any ownership interest or copyright. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Mltoons.

3. Confidentiality

As a pilot participant, you may have access to "Confidential Information" (unreleased characters, lessons, and business methods).

                Important: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of the Program and shall not disclose, discuss, or showcase the software to any third-party individuals or commercial competitors.
            

4. Privacy & Safety (COPPA Compliant)

We follow the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

                COPPA Compliance: This application is designed to protect children's privacy and safety online.
            

Data Minimization

We do not collect names, emails, or addresses from children.

Parental Consent

By checking the agreement box, you provide Verifiable Parental Consent for your child to use the Program and for Mltoons to collect de-identified usage data solely for internal improvement.

Security

All data is encrypted. We will never sell your data to third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

                TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MLTOONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES arising out of your use of the Program.
            

You use this Program at your own risk.

6. Limited License & Termination

Mltoons grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.

Mltoons reserves the right to terminate access or end the pilot program at any time without notice.

7. Agreement to Provide Feedback

In exchange for free access:

                Feedback Requirement: You agree to complete a brief feedback survey at the end of the pilot.
            

You grant Mltoons a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your feedback (de-identified) for program development.
